Initial consultation
Whatever your space or budget, there’s always a solution. We’ll discuss all aspects of the project including ideas, needs, potential opportunities and any possible restrictions. From this a brief and estimate will be shared for approval.
Detailed survey & analysis
(if applicable)
This includes many useful details such as physical boundaries, landscaping changes, existing elements and any retaining features. This will also include analysis of the soil and any other important factors.
Concepts & design development
An exciting presentation of concepts for your input and feedback. Lesley will then make any design developments required and produce a final scaled design for your approval.
Optional services
Planting plans
A scaled planting plan will detail the location and spacing of all plants. Botanical names with quantities and sizes will also be listed. Lesley can source and plant for you to achieve the best quality and price.
Build
A schedule of works detailing building quantities and materials will be outlined. Lesley can recommend trusted partners to quote or work with a client's preferred choice. Lesley can also assist in managing the project.
Aftercare
A tailor-made maintenance schedule can be created for you or your contractor to follow. Lesley can also look after the ongoing maintenance to ensure your outdoor space stays beautiful.
Consultancy visit & report
For clients taking on a project themselves who would like advice and inspiration. During the visit Lesley will discuss the brief and assess the space. A report will then be created with recommendations and advice.
